Cellular Health - A new Approach
The health of your body cannot be measured in muscle size or fat content, nor appearances. Your health is measured at a cellular level. The cells of your body reveal your deeper health. To remain relevant in the world we need to consider our micro health as well as the macro outer. Your Innerwealth might just happen to be your supreme health.
1. FOOD AND SUBSTANCES
For 30 days we will go on a detox diet to balance any toxin that stress has caused your body. This allows inflammation to go down and healthy cell to exist. You see cell health in eyes. Look up iridology. No red meat, alcohol, white carbs, smoking, caffeine, dairy, grains, bread, sugar. All these inflame your body. 2. Learning to Come Down
STILLNESSComing down from the spin of life is a skill. Most people adapt to going faster and faster until alcohol is the only come down. Time off is not just a glass of wine on the balcony or a holiday in Venice or Bali. Time off is also a key to becoming a better version of you, mind, body and spirit. A time to reconnect to your own ground zero, shut down emotions and refocus yourself on the good things in life. A great key to this is to get up before sunrise before your mind wakes up to the day and spend 30 minutes sipping a tea, finding your own ground zero, emptiness, stillness. It's not meditation, forget that - meditation is life - this is an empty mind, no talk, go for a walk or just in the park in silence. It's a time to experience your heart.
