OBJECTIVE
This is my favourite exercise for groups.
Go outside at lunchtime and get into your hands something from nature that looks absolutely wonderful. A flower, a leaf, an insect if you choose. Smell it, admire it, even take a picture of it.
Then smash it to bits. Pull it to pieces. And ask yourself this: Is anything missing?
Sure the form of the object has changed from something you call beautiful to something else, but has anything changed or just changed form.
Abundance exists and only by observing this exercise do you realise that most of the emotional turbulence we face is over nothing.
