They say it's the single hardest yoga pose. Why? Because we are afraid to lie down and shut up.

Every morning after exercise, do the corpse pose for 10 minutes. (You can do it at night too.)
This is how meditation actually looks. However, it's easier to stay awake sitting up.
Make sure there are no interruptions. Keep dead still. Set an alarm that goes off softly.
Do not try to do anything. Do not try to change your breath. Just lie down and be.
No music, no internet.

Conventional process don’t work for busy entrepreneurs.
