Simply follow these instructions then go see how you go.
First, go through the list quickly and tick any item you can honestly say “I have that in me.” This must include it’s counter-trait listed directly opposite. For example if you can see that you are both authentic and inauthentic, you can tick that trait off as being a part of your “self worth.”
Now, any trait you can see you have one side of, but not the other side of, for example, adorable you are but “not adorable” you are not, then you have your priority number #1 items to process.
