Objective
To re-engage the "anything is possible" mindset that we lose.
Process
Have you sit down with a big sheet of flip chart size paper and colour markers and draw the future, a map you'd love to look at everyday. Remembering that aim high land lower is better than aim low and land lower.
This is the third step in the manifestation process.
This is the third step in the manifestation process.
Overview
When John Lennon wrote "imagine" he went through the same diligent and predictable process you go through when you mow the lawn or cook dinner.
1. You have a purpose greater than the task e.g.. entertain visitors or nourish family or self
2. You create a scene, an image in your mind about how the dinner will feel, taste, look, smell and sound.
3. Now, you vision the meal itself, the taste, the ingredients, the look of it, the way you'd cook it and you start the process of creation.
So far nothing at all has happened has it. In fact, you've simply created a story board in your mind - sometimes this three step process can actually feel like it's real. In other words we can start to think that we've accomplished something by doing nothing. That's a problem.
4. You bring it all together... by asking yourself "how will this affect my health, my friends, the world, the neighbours, me in the morning, the budget, and so forth. The whole process of bringing it all together is so important to a fully fledged attempt to cook well.
5. You need energy to do it, so you might put music on, or have a wine or drink red bull, but the best energy is when things are going right. So, you'll have to have a way of dealing with cut fingers, dropped sauce, and burnt aprons. - Some say "stay positive" but I say the greatest source of energy in the world is to "stay thankful." This means you work with circumstances to great positive outcomes instead of react.
6. Goals, steps and actions. Without a clear recipe, activity and clear instructions it's probably going to be a certain hit and miss event. So this last step is rubber on the road, do something. So we create a Be, DO, Have diagram as seen below
7. Action

Step 2.

Although we talk to ourselves continually, the visuals of a dream board are universally accepted as one of the greatest affirmative self talk process on earth.
One must surround themselves with people, images, art, visuals of all kinds that reflect the vision and hopes they have for the future. Anyone who does not do this will end up in the past. This is why relationships must evolve or they will cause hardship by blocking potentials.
Create a dream board. Start by Collecting magazine images for each of your seven areas of life and put each into one of seven folders for each of the areas of life. Seven folders will have 7 images as a minimum and when you are ready you can get a board where everyone can see it and pin those pictures up. The idea is to create a permanent subliminal feedback into your mind of your hopes and dreams and keep this dominant in your head space so the lower thoughts don't get in.
You can get APP's for collage but I feel it's better to use magazines and collect the pages over a week or two. (many doctors surgery magazines and airline pocket magazines are missing pages thanks to yours truly)
