PRE COACHING SESSION VIP SCORE

YOUR VIP SCORE
Score yourself on a 1 – 10 against each of the 7 areas of life (see diagram ) (where 10 is blissfully happy and content and 1 is suicidally depressed) how would this look? (form below to send to me or bring it along please)
So your ‘VIP’ score would be the total of all the seven individual scores?

The normal reaction for people in a funk (low scores below 5 in any area of life) is to focus solely on one or two of these areas of life. For example, if you are down in career, you might turn to a coach. Down in health, you might end up at a gym or personal trainer. Mentally down you might start meditating, and so on.
The problem with this is that as one aspect grows, another shrinks. You’re unfulfilled at work so you decide to drive harder but as a result, your family and love-life suffers. Or if your finances are struggling you might start worrying about money and ignore your health. Your overall score of [VIP score] doesn't change, it simply changes shape. Old problems may go away, new ones appear.

The GAP.....
Given that you know your score... you also know what would make a 10/10... That GAP between where you are and 10/10 is the job of coaching. Advice must be directed toward this gap. Any other advice just serves to distract.
Arrive at a coaching session knowing your individual scores, your gap, what your 10/10 looks like and what you believe you need to do to fill the gap. Coaching helps you put those ideas through a check (will they fill the GAP?) and checks that your 10/10 is expanding. (called evolving)
The process of coaching is vision driven. We're not interested so much in how you feel but as to whether you are on track to your visions or off. We also want to check your goals and remedies to ensure you're on the right path and not banging your head on a brick wall.
See you soon.

When you are inspired by some greater purpose, some extraordinary vision, all your thoughts break their bonds, your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great, and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.

Why the VIP Process is so important in Coaching...
All eyes are turned to the future. How you feel right now has absolutely nothing to do with how you are going to feel. We are therefore not interested in stories, blame or victim - what we need to focus on is where you want to be. What you want and what you want to feel. We want to focus on building what you want. Not feeling great today. Knowing your GAP, means we focus on "WHAT" rather than "HOW" - because when the what is huge the HOW starts to be obvious.

Key ingredients here are:
- Coaching is a personal assistant
- Coaching does replace your spouse as your sounding board in order to improve your relationship
- Coaching is based on universal laws ... the coach might be "dumb" but the laws of nature are not.
We are in a constant state of Transition. This can erode our confidence, strength and intelligence. It can also mess with our home life, wellness and mental health. Some healthy reflection is always good:

Growth rings of a tree explain why your VIP score keeps fluctuating. The closer you approximate your feelings to your 10/10 the higher your expectations of yourself and life become. Hence, growth is intended to keep you unhappy. It keeps you wanting. Nobody wakes up wanting less from life. More love, more happiness, more wealth, more calm, more friends, more fun, more done in less time. Nobody wants less of the good things in life and therefore, what is possible is always growing, This is called "THE EGO." and it is why, in Eastern teachings they try to diminish the EGO as bad. The EGO is as key to happiness as is the emptiness of non ego. Just we need to know when to use them both. We can master them both so we have a big healthy ego that believes in our potential happiness, future satisfaction and growing love, and a big healthy non ego that believes in our satisfaction, love and happiness right now. We can have both acting simultaneously as the inner and the outer. There will always be expectations of better and more on the outside (emotions and thoughts) and there can always be satisfaction and love on the inside right now. This is Inner-wealth and Outer Wealth acting at once. A true gift of the Innerwealth Training and Life Coaching programmes in Mental Strength.
