"A space shuttle heading to the moon, adjusts its trajectory ever few giga seconds. If it doesn't it goes 000's of Km off track and hasn't got enough fuel to get back on track. Prevention is better than cure.”
EVOLVING AND STAYING INSPIRED
- Chris Walker
"You can't be grateful and depressed at the same time"
Where is the starting point for life? Is it trying to become spiritual to overcome the stress of daily life? Does that seem right to you?
Take a step back and consider this proposition: "It's all, automatically, perfect" The World is a beautiful place and only our humanity can get between us and that realisation.
Imagine for a moment that the world is a beautiful place and only your beliefs, mindset, expectations, education and inherited thoughts can get between you and that reality. Maybe consciousness is natural and unconsciousness is therefore learnt.
I believe, and live, that the world of work and relationships and wealth and health is a beautiful place. I believe that every human has a dream, vision and vivid imagination about the future and only their learnt unconsciousness can block it.
Hence, I think I'm here to help you unlearn the unconsciousness that keeps you from witnessing the magnificence of life, keeps you from being thankful, keeps you from mental health and keeps you from love. Lets step through it:

Hence, I think I'm here to help you unlearn the unconsciousness that keeps you from witnessing the magnificence of life, keeps you from being thankful, keeps you from mental health and keeps you from love. Lets step through it:
THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENTS OF LIFE
SEE THE World As a beautiful Place - That's your Natural.Ask "where is God not?" or "Where is nature not?" There is order in the chaos. Use the universal laws of nature to see this. Everything is perception, hence, from a human emotional view there is chaos, from a universal nature viewpoint there is only perfection. If you aren't perfect already, you never will be. There is nothing to change in you or others, only something to love to re-engage your imagination and viewpoint.
|
You have a vivid imagination of the Future - AUTOMATICAll eyes are turned to the future. All nature, all God's are invested in the future. The NOW is gone, the future is coming. All animals, all human's prepare for the future. This is the gift of the spiritual human, a vivid imagination and a vision to match. This is leadership and love. Remember, people become as you treat them. Create the space. This is your duty to those you love and care for, to create the space of your vision, your imagination and of their potential in silence.
|
YOu WILL EVOLVe WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT.We all evolve at the border of chaos and order. If you go slow, get stuck in an identity, you will attract calamity, disaster and humbling circumstances to evolve you - catch up for missed time. This is why I created the power hour to evolve you daily by introducing small bites of chaos into your day and evolving you. Coaching is for when the power hour fails to help you rediscover that which is already yours, the perception that beauty exists in all things and your vivid imagination.
|
Seeing the BeautyUsing the universal laws of nature we can seek to transform every emotion, every illusion, every belief into a loving awareness of divine perfection. Nature reveals the creation and, through using these transparent laws, your mind. Therefore your life
will be motivated by wisdom and inspiration rather than humanly-created myth. Prayer is talking to the universe. So tell the universe, ‘thank you.' Meditation is listening to the universe. So listen to the universe and be thankful. |
RED FLAGSYour partner is perfect; you are perfect, just as you are. If you are not perfect already then there is no possibility, no way that you can become perfect. The whole situation is totally crazy; you are already that which you want to attain. This is why simple techniques can help. Relationships are not an attainment, but a discovery. They are hidden beneath expectations, judgements, emotions, ambitions and they are hidden within you. It is not a matter of doing something, or fixing something, that just causes more unsteadiness; it is a matter of not doing, being in appreciation. That person is worthy of love and so are you, right now. Nothing to change. But you might not see it that way. This is where red flags come in.
If the day isn't beautiful, you have lost the order in the chaos and therefore you will witness a red flag, a reaction in you and this can be a good sign to stop and repair before you do damage to yourself, your brand or your family/collegues/business. Once the tsunami hit Asia they installed early warning alarms to give people a chance to run to high ground. You have those alarms built in and it's really wise to respond to them. If you don't, a tap on the shoulder can become a belt on the head. Staying thankful needs red flags so you can know when some fix it time is essential.
Red flags pop up in your day. You might have a spat with your partner. You might blame someone at work for your mood. You might get terse with someone or brush someone aside. It could be a near miss in the car. There are many. Here's a list I did for a guy who couldn't make up his mind because he had so many... See how you go making a list like this.. It's a great way to check in with yourself.

RUMI - The Core of Masculinity
The core of masculinity does not derive
from being male,
nor friendliness from those who console.
Your old grandmother says, “Maybe you shouldn’t
go to school. You look a little pale.”
Run when you hear that.
A father’s stern slaps are better.
Your bodily soul wants comforting.
The severe father wants spiritual clarity.
He scolds but eventually
leads you into the open.
Pray for a tough instructor
to hear and act and stay within you.
~ Rumi
Translation
(1-2)Being masculine does not derive from simply having a penis, it’s earned.
(3-6) Keep people who want to coddle you at arms length. Those who advise you to “take it easy” or “slow down” may not intentionally seek to harm you but if you heed their advice they will in the long run. Chances are you will hear these words from a woman. It’s no coincidence Rumi chose a grandmother as an example.
(7-9) An ass beating will build more character than a consolation hug. Your body will naturally prefer the latter. I know mine did when my boxing instructor would yell or hit me upside the head whenever I did something wrong.
Bodily comfort and spiritual clarity are posed as opposites in these lines. Could they simultaneously exist? Thinking back to some of the things I have accomplished that I am most proud of, I don’t think they can. My body always fought going to the gym, reading, studying, approaching a girl, even as I write this post my mind protests because it would rather be surfing mindlessly through the internet.
(10-13) There’s no replacement for the tough-as-nails male figure who will be unyielding when you beg for an easy route. His methods might frustrate you at times, hell it may even cause you to throw a tantrum or two but they will help you achieve your goals. This is the instructor you should seek out so you can internalize his habits to apply later on in life.
For most this male figure is a father. Sadly nowadays more and more men are being raised without knowing their fathers, let alone learning life lessons from them. As good of a mother as you may have no woman can ever teach a man how to be a man. Despite what the media says women and men are not the same, we are wired differently. To these men I would recommend they find a mentor (coach, professor, etc.) or learn as much as they can from different men that are admirable.
What happens when you raise a generation of sons without fathers or male mentorship? Well, just look around. You get males who don’t know how to deal with women, are insecure, oversensitive, and complain at the sight of anything that requires real any work.
Conclusion
The core of masculinity derives from a masculine mentor and hard work.
