Frustration demonstrates that you’ve landed at your next learning curve. It’s a powerful insight because if you can determine when you are at a frustra in life, you can do something about it, rather than have it wreck your life or career.
“The Walka Frustra Busta" is a simple process. Rather than taking years, it takes hours. It bypasses techniques that “decorate the prison cell” like meditation, relaxation, time off, short working weeks, yoga classes, sabbatical leave, blame, therapy, changing jobs, bullying, self pity and instead takes you to a place where you’re empowered, inspired and in the drivers seat of your life again.
