The Discipline of Deep Sleep
After sex, or whatever has bought you peace for 30 minutes before sleep, do this exercise.
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes ago and be thankful
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes before that (1 hour ago) and be thankful
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes before that (1.5 hour ago) and be thankful
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes before that (2 hour ago) and be thankful
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes before that and be thankful
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes before that and be thankful
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes before that and be thankful
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes before that and be thankful
Recall what was happening in your life 30 minutes before that and be thankful
Repeat this until sleep
If there is any event in your day you cannot smile about before sleep it will poison your heart at night. So, if you find such a block to your heart, and cannot process it into thankfulness, then you are wise to get out of bed and use the four column sheet to deliver and gratitude to your heart before you sleep. An unthankful thought multiplies in your dream state and can corrupt all the hard work you are doing in the day.
Do not sleep on anger, disappointment or judgement.
